There are four simple steps you need to take to use this application

2. Fill out the information in the rental application.

3. Pay the small Background and Credit report fee.
1st Estates Management requires a background and credit check to help you the renter. Background checks keep you safe. You know that every person in your complex has received a background check for all criminal activities including the sex offender's list. Your family is safe. The credit report keeps your rent at a reasonable rate.

4. Watch your email for an acceptance or denial letter. This usually comes within 48 hours.
